Attaches to my floggers in place of the finger loops for a better experience. I like to have a grip on my floggers and this does a great job.

I like using the handle at times, especially when I want a longer strike and pop. The finger loops are what I use the most. However, I do find that the handle works very well when I want a longer range of motion, especially one with a deeper arc. The handle is good quality seems like it is very sturdy.
